✰ Brief Character Bio - Chelsea LeClair was born as Chelsea Summers in Beverly Hills, California to Gregory and Rhonda Summers on September 27, 1993. An only child, her parents got divorced at the age of nine due to legal underhanded tactics by her father. At the age of 9, Chelsea moved with her father to Sedona, Arizona and she grew up with him for the rest of her childhood. Her father never taught her the meaning of hard work and dedicating herself to anything, often spoiling her and giving her everything she wanted. Chelsea grew up wanting to be on camera all the time. She never shied away from it and no matter what it was, she always wanted the spotlight. Whether it was auditioning for child star roles (some of which she did get, albeit locally), or trying to work her way up the popularity ladder during her teenage years (which she did, becoming prom queen 2012), it was always a narcissistic, self-centered, "All Eyes on Me" approach with Chelsea. Chelsea never cared for wrestling, but she did supported her childhood friend Andrea Hernandez in her endeavors to become a wrestler herself. She would often go on road trips with her after they graduated high school to watch her wrestle, though she was really only in it for the road trips and not the wrestling. Still, once Chelsea started seeing how wrestlers were quickly landing TV roles and movie gigs, she started to take an interest in it. She started training to be a wrestler in 2014, realizing that the business could be a stepping stone to big things in the entertainment industry. Chelsea was trained and guided by Jason Schneider in Phoenix, Arizona while Andrea was struggling to break into the mainstream business. Despite her lack of long-term wrestling passion and her open desire to use wrestling as a platform to become "TV famous", Chelsea displayed an array of unbelievable skill, quickly rising up scouting boards as one of the top-notch Indy wrestling prospects in the state of Arizona, with her charismatic flair and her narcissistic confidence standing out the most. She'd then meet Myra Lynwood, one of GCW's biggest stars, and she along with Andrea Hernandez, joined GCW as a tag team known as Sedona Sky as part of Myra's Utopia faction.
Utopia went well, altogether. She and Andrea managed to capture the GCW World Tag Team Championships from High Voltage. However, once they lost the titles a few months later, things began to slowly spiral downward until Utopia split. Chelsea would then subsequently betray Andrea, breaking up Sedona Sky.
However... life as a solo competitor was brutal for Chelsea as she never made a dent. On top of that, she was in a stalker feud with Darian Andrews that resulted in her reputation plummetting to the point where her television career aspirations were essentially dead. As a result, she became a complete joke to practically everyone in GCW until her feud with Darian ended at the End of the Year Bash in 2017. As a result of losing to Darian, Chelsea underwent months of therapy and eventually found herself, as well as her long lost mother. Her horrible relationship with her father led her to changing her name to Chelsea LeClair (her mother's maiden name). Chelsea would return to GCW, but this return would be uneventful and she left again, seeking a new start in Red Sun Wrestling.
With her ways having changed, Chelsea has progressed from the narcissistic, 'prom queen' who only wanted to wrestle to be on television to a much more humble, down-to-earth wrestler who is developing a passion for the sport... and a taste for hardcore wrestling with recently winning a no-DQ match just before she left GCW.
