As the intro to “Dark Horse” by Katy Perry begins to play, strobe lights flash as a wave of fog rolls onto the stage. As Danielle emerges from behind the curtain, the strobes fade as the arena is then bathed in pink and red lights. She makes her way to the ring, taking time to salute the fans on the way, and after climbing the ring steps, she walks along the ring apron, stopping about halfway as she faces the ring, then drops down into the splits before sliding under the bottom rope. She then gets back to her feet and heads to her corner, mounting the turnbuckle and saluting the crowd once more before jumping back down and waiting for the match to begin.

** Brief Character Bio – Danielle LeBlanc was born and raised in El Segundo, CA, the only child of a single mother. She hated being called by her full first name, so everyone around her called her “Danni” throughout her childhood. Growing up, the three words you could NEVER say to her were “I dare you,” because she would be quick to act on that dare. It led to her getting into so much trouble in elementary school that all she would have to do is walk through the front door of the school office and be hit with “Alright, Danni... what did you do THIS time?”
During her freshman year at El Segundo High School, she met Jackson Norris (no relation to Chuck), a sophomore on the Varsity football team. They dated all through high school, and after Danni graduated, they both joined a local wrestling school and began wrestling on the independent circuit as a mixed-gender tag team. During a show that took place two days after her 20th birthday, Jackson (or Jax, as she called him) proposed to her in the middle of the ring. Of course, she accepted.
They were set to exchange vows on February 14, 2016, but tragedy struck as they made the journey to Las Vegas. A freak occurrence led to a chain of events that would cut Jackson’s life tragically short.
She wrestled briefly in Asylum Wrestling Alliance before the promotion closed down, and has been working various modeling gigs while waiting to get back into wrestling. She began to make a name for herself as a professional wrestler in West Coast Genesis.
During her time in West Coast Genesis, she met a man by the name of Donovan Basch. At first, theirs was more of a love-hate relationship, with her getting most of her kicks by pestering the much larger Donovan. This would eventually turn into a romantic relationship leading to their marriage in December of 2017. At that point, she resumed going by her full first name, with the diminutive "Danni" reserved for close family and friends.
During the course of their time with WCG, both Danielle and Donovan laid claim to championship gold, winning the WCG South Bay and West Coast Championships, respectively, thus making them the first Golden Couple in WCG history.
In July of 2018, West Coast Genesis and its parent company, New Generation Wrestling, closed their doors. Shortly after, a new company – Red Sun Wrestling – opened up. However, it was at this time that Danielle and Donovan Basch announced that they were expecting their first child, which was born in early March. She now returns to the ring, ready to once again make her mark in the wrestling world.
